Shipping Policy

Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand. When you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. Please allow 2-7 business days for fulfillment. We ship from different locations within the U.S. and around the world – including Canada and Australia. The origin of your shipment will depend on where your purchase is being delivered. Good things come to those who wait, and you can expect your package to arrive within 7-14 business days.

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. For instance, if you order a coffee mug and a sticker, they may come to you in different deliveries. If you don’t get everything all at once don’t freak out! Feel free to e-mail us if you have questions about an item that is still on the way. 

If you haven’t received your order after it says it was delivered, please check with your local shipping carrier, others living in your home, and your neighbor (in some cases it may be delivered to a neighbor’s address by mistake) before emailing us.

Due to 2021 EU tax rules, we no longer guarantee shipping to the European Union or the United Kingdom. At this time, we are only guaranteeing shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
