WHERE IS MY ORDER, I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING IT SHIPPED BUT THE TRACKING ISN’T UPDATING?
Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand. When you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. Please allow 2-7 business days for fulfillment.
Please e-mail us with your order number and we will do our best to figure out where your stuff went! Please note that we can only see the same tracking information that you can.
MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT…
Please recheck the shipping address you entered at checkout. Is it correct? If yes, 99% of the time, your package will arrive within 7-14 business days after being shipped.
I ONLY RECEIVED SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER, WHERE IS THE REST?
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. For instance, if you order a coffee mug and a sticker, they may come to you in different deliveries. If you don’t get everything all at once don’t freak out! Feel free to e-mail us if you have questions about an item that is still on the way.
